A Family Doula serves all types of families that need an extra set of hands and compassionate support to help with a wide range of household tasks. We are hired on a short or long term basis. We work side by side, or on our own. We are there for YOU!
Hiring a Family Doula provides a unique support to a family, with the main focus being to improve quality of life and emotional health of the family system.
Examples of Support Services:
Organizing projects: function over perfection.
Implementing processes in the family that involve collaboration between the adults and children.
Daily tasks: dishes, laundry, animal care, basic cleaning. etc.
Troubleshooting family function issues within a coaching .
Interact directly with children in the family to help them feel comfortable with changes etc.
