Family Doula
As your Family Doula I serve all types of families that need an extra set of hands and compassionate support to help with a wide range of household tasks. I can be hired on a short- or long-term basis. I work side by side, or on my own. I am there for YOU!

Mother's Helper / Postpartum Doula
As a Mother's helper / postpartum doula I will be present with your family after your new baby enters your home. My role is to nurture the parents' relationship with their newest member of the family by providing evidence and experienced based guidance to parents, help with tasks around the house and entertaining older children.
